MHSRS 2017 will offer more than 60 scientific breakout sessions on the wide range of biomedical topics of high military interest, with leading military personnel responsible for the areas in attendance. These will include infectious disease, PTSD and TBI, rehabilitative medicine, healthcare informatics, mobile health apps, wound healing and skin regeneration, pain management, telehealth, microbiome, and others. This year’s MHSRS will offer new sessions, for example, highlighting Prolonged Field Care, Critical Care and Organ Support, Management of Sleep and Fatigue, and Knowledge Translation in the MHS. There will be new tract sessions, providing more in-depth discussions, including Global Health Engagement and Environmental Exposure Monitoring.
