Driving Directions

To establish and preserve their place in the market, companies pursue intellectual property (IP) protections for their inventions, business and product names, logos, creative works, and confidential information. Developing a strong IP portfolio requires coordinated strategies, careful timing, and consideration of a multitude of issues. During this presentation, IP attorneys Shana K. Cyr, Ph.D., J.D., and Jessica L.A. Marks, J.D., will address this topic and provide other valuable insights for best coordinating your company's IP strategies.
