CorVista Health is Hiring Chief of Staff

This role is an integral part of the growth and success of a dynamic, fast paced startup at the cusp of commercialization.  We seek a strong Chief of Staff who will work closely with the CEO on execution of all projects associated with the success of the company, from administrative to HR support, stakeholder communications, and beyond.  We seek a professional with a “can do” attitude who is detail-oriented, resourceful, organized and holds a high degree of professionalism.

THE ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team who move fast and are building a rapidly growing Health technology company
  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
  • Project manager on new facility in Washington, DC
  • Maintains executive appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel
  • Manages and maintains executive calendar
  • Tracks and prioritizes projects perform supporting research and effectively communicates within the organization
  • Execute special or continuous research and data analysis. Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data, and prepares reports / recommendations for action by a management team.
  • Assist in HR-related activities; work with our consultant in establishing formal processes and procedures
  • Manage and gathering of confidential onboarding documentation checklists/procedures
  • Manage confidential termination checklists/procedures
  • Assist/lead board-related communications/activities, board meetings
  • Assist/administer shareholder communications program, shareholder meetings, etc.
  • Maintain equity documents in CARTA system
  • Assist/administer public relations/corporate communications activities
  • Assist/administer communications program with strategics, bankers, etc.
  • Assist/administer contracts management and some negotiations
  • Provide support in JLabs office

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated competency in project management
  • Entrepreneurial and willingness to “roll up sleeves”
  • Be extremely computer savvy
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be flexible and take initiative on projects
  • Have outgoing and creative personality
  • Be able to multi-task and work on several projects at once
  • Have a desire to get involved and understand the needs of a growing business
  • Have basic experience with social media
  • Possesses excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Problem Solver – Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning
  • Experience creating systems, processes and procedures- Abstract Reasoning
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-starting
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Commutable distance to Washington DC
