With the launch of our latest fund, Epidarex Capital IV, LP, we are pleased to announce several promotions. As we continue to grow and deepen our impact across the US and UK life science ecosystems, recognizing and elevating exceptional talent within our team is a vital part of that journey.
These transitions reflect our continued focus on developing leadership across the organization and ensuring we are well positioned for the next phase of Epidarex’s growth.
Each of the individuals stepping into a new role has shown deep dedication to their craft, adding value to accomplishing the firm’s goals and to the collaborative culture that defines Epidarex.
We also want to recognize the longstanding and instrumental impact of one of our co-founders as part of these transitions.
Kyparissia Sirinakis – Founding Partner
After more than 16 years at the helm, Kyp Sirinakis is transitioning into the role of Founding Partner. As Co-founder, she has been instrumental in creating Epidarex’s vision and long term strategy. Kyp has shaped every aspect of the business, providing leadership across investing, portfolio management, regulatory, operations and finance on both sides of the Atlantic.
Kyp’s investment acumen and hands on approach has been pivotal in developing a strong portfolio of early stage life sciences companies. She has represented the firm through numerous board and industry positions, including board roles with a number of Epidarex portfolio companies including Harpoon Medical Inc, Slate Bio Inc. and Ryme Medical Inc. Although she will not be directly involved in the latest fund, she continues to provide her exceptional leadership, insight and guidance to the firm and its existing portfolio. She will also remain a Director of both the US and UK Management companies.
Kyp’s exemplary work and commitment to Epidarex’s team, investors and the patients that we hope to impact has been invaluable. Her continued mentorship, foundational knowledge and overall impact will be felt for years to come. We thank her for her dedication and hard work through the years and wish Kyp all the best for this new phase of life.

Dr. Elizabeth Roper and Dr. Peter Finan – Managing Partners
We are delighted to share the appointment of Dr. Elizabeth Roper and Dr. Peter Finan as Managing Partners of the firm, alongside Epidarex Co-Founder Sinclair Dunlop. This recognizes their longstanding leadership and significant contribution to shaping Epidarex’s investment strategies, strategic priorities, and long-term vision. With each bringing significant experience across the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors, Liz and Pete have been instrumental in establishing Epidarex’s reputation for founding and scaling innovative businesses, combining scientific insight with disciplined investment judgement.
Liz and Pete’s outstanding ability to build breakthrough life science companies is exemplified in the many founding investments they have led, including Nodthera Ltd, Enterprise Therapeutics Ltd, and Topas Therapeutics GmbH; alongside the broader Epidarex portfolio of ground-breaking businesses addressing significant unmet medical needs. Liz and Pete’s elevation to Managing Partners underscores both their impact within the firm to date and their continued leadership in building and supporting the next generation of life science companies.
Anthony Voveris – Chief Financial Officer
An integral member of the Epidarex team since he joined in 2021, Anthony Voveris’ promotion to Chief Financial Officer recognizes both his strong financial stewardship and his leadership excellence.
Drawing on his extensive experience across venture capital, private equity and corporate finance, Anthony will oversee all aspects of the firm’s financial strategy.
