BIO-CAT is pleased to join the Lallemand family as we begin an exciting new chapter together. Effective July 31, 2026, Lallemand Inc. has completed its acquisition of BIO-CAT Enzymes & Microbials.
Together, we are combining complementary expertise in enzymes, microbial technologies, fermentation, and life science innovation to create an even stronger platform for developing next-generation solutions for the human health, animal nutrition, agriculture, food, and industrial markets.
