The firm’s advanced manufacturing team has developed and built facilities within key sub-markets, including Food & Beverage, Paper & Wood Product Processing, Plastics, Building Products and Precision Equipment manufacturing. The team sees growth in each of these areas and more within the rise of indoor agricultural technologies, battery and energy solutions, and defense manufacturing. Over the past several years, Hourigan has brought over 2 million square feet online and looks to bring on another 2.5 million square feet in the next two years with several new large-scale industrial facilities.
